The breakfast service was slow. The team seemed understaffed. It took a while to get coffee. There WASN't much attention to detail. The room I booked, a superior double, was quite SMALL. It didn't quite match the photos online. This affected my OVERALL experience.

a haven of moroccan charm
friendly staff transport service
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they assisted with carrying luggage and organizing transport. the airport pick-up service was a great addition and made the arrival stress-free. the staff knew which party we were with and were attentive.
the room was noisy because it was on the ground floor near reception! this made it difficult to sleep as people came in and out.

The room was well-kept. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the room was clean and provided a welcome cool shelter from the heat. authentic moroccan details made the place very pretty.

the location was perfect, a short walk from the main sights. the riad has a good placement near the medina market. it is brilliantly placed close to most attractions!

a wonderful experience!
clean place kind staff traditional decor delicious meal
i really loved how clean the entire place was, everything sparkled. the staff were kind and always ready to help. this riad had beautiful traditional decor. breakfast and the evening meals i ate here were delicious.
i noticed a very slight problem with drainage in the toilet.

The terrace is a wonderful place. It allows relaxation, drinks, coffee, or breakfast in the morning. the pool area provides a very refreshing escape. I enjoyed my time there greatly. spa services were available.

Our double room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. I found this service very effective. the air conditioning unit kept the room cool. the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast offered a lot of options. I ate well every morning. i recommend eating at the restaurant. the breakfast included bread, pancakes, cake, juice, yogurt, coffee and milk. It was perfect.

The riad is in the centre. It allowed me to easily reach many attractions. the location provided a quiet retreat, despite being near busy streets. i found it very convenient.
